CANCELLATION POLICY

I offer a 10 minute grace period! After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to reschedule and redeposit to save that new appointment date/time. I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
